Whats the easiest way to make this a dataview / dataset in order to conduct complex filtering?

    Try this

    Dim ds = New System.Data.DataSet()
            Dim sReader As New System.IO.StringReader(Me.XmlDataSource1.GetXmlDocument().InnerXml)
