is there a way to transfer the auto complete from outlook 2000 to 2003

i am migrating a user from outlook 2000 to 2003, the auto complete file in 2000 is a .nick file not .nk2, is there a way to convert it or import it?

Another thing I saw on the Ingressor's website suggested that the .nick file can be renamed to the .nk2 file.  Make sure you get a backup copy before attempting this.
