Migrating Quotas from 2000 Server to Server 2008

How can I migrate existing Windows 2000 quota entries to a new Windows Server 2008 box without having to recreate every quota entry?  I know how to copy permissions and ownership, but can't find anything on migrating quotas.

Thanks in advance!

Windows Server 2008 recognized the Windows 200 Server Volume Quota and I didn't have to migrate / recreate any quotas at all. Since only 1 person responded, with a very insightful link, I will give the answer to him as it looks like it will work for migrating quotas.
