Setting PIX up to access it from browser

I have been trying to set up a Pix (IOS 6.3) so that I can access it from a web browser, but it has not working. I have been able to put an ip address on the inside interface, but I cannot get it become unshut, no matter what I do. What are the steps needed to make a PIX available via web.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
