Automatic Reply line command in Exchange 2007

I have a mailbox I want to do automatic reply option, how can i do that in Power Shell line command.

I looked online and cannot find any.

AFAIK Exchange 2007 has not brought out any such rule of providing any automatic reply, unless you are talking about OOF rules.

what about automatic calendar reservation, configuring through the line command?
