How do I fix a Visual C++ Runtime error which is triggered by Microsoft CRM 4.0

This Visual C++ Runtime Library error appears only for one user.
This error appears only after installing the CRM in outlook.
We did install Microsoft Dynamic CRM 4.0 for Microsoft Outlook.
We are using Microsoft Outlook 2003.
All the users access the CRM and outlook through RDP.
It runs on Windows Server 2003 SP2.

This sounds too specific for it to be the system. I would look at the account security settings.

    Let me just clarify:

All users are accessing CRM through RDP so they ALL see the same physical environment in terms of same version of Outlook, crm OS etc.

If that is the case then i would do two things. First is to create a new account for that user that gives them everything they had before. By going through this process you could find out what it is that's different about that user setup (if any)

Second I would be looking at the user profile settings on the RDP server itself  to see if there are any files knocking around in his personal profile that shouldn't be there. i.e. outdated DLL files etc
