SQL SSIS foreach loop for multiple excel files failing

Hi, I am trying to create a SSIS package to import multiple excel files from a directory to simple SQl table. The DataFlow task works fine with one excel file and with out foreach. On adding foreach loop, the package fails as below.  I am using the instructions from Microsoft  at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms345182.aspx#
Any pointers would be helpful.
" Error at Package [Connection manager "Excel Connection Manager"]: An OLE DB error has occurred. Error code: 0x80004005. An OLE DB record is available.  Source: "Microsoft JET Database Engine"  Hresult: 0x80004005  Description: "Could not find installable ISAM.".

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Make sure you use the 2005 Instructions if you are using SQL Server 2005.

Verify your ExtendedProperties as well.

I followed the exact steps from Microsoft,  I am thinking it could be a 32 bit jet driver & 64 bit server issue

After so much  time on search engines, the issue is resolved for now.  I added an extra "\" in the file path and used delay validation for the control flow as well as the data flow.  I am now just using the excel file path property on the excel connection manager instead of the complicated connection string. I will have to see how this behaves  when I move this to Production.
Thanks to every one.
