Just check for the version of your IOS in certain IOS the following issue is there.

mention your PIX IOS version also.

    Both locations have static IPs.

The pix has IOS verion 7.0.2, the 2651xm has version 12.4.17. I used to have remote-access VPN for PIX before.

Any Ideas how to setup VPN site to site for these 2 gears ? Thanks.
