OptionalNames

I use OptionalNames in windows in order to create aliases for a computer
it works fine while connecting to the computer using the alias
The problem is that I need it to work locally as well
When trying to use the alias from the computer itself it ask for cridentials and will accept anything

Error message when you try to access a server locally by using its FQDN or its CNAME alias after you install Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1: "Access denied" or "No network provider accepted the given network path"
