How can I grant a user security permissions to all subfolders and files.

I have added a User to a Shared Folder on our server, but they still don't have access to any of the subfolders or files, so how do I give them access without going through every folder & file and adding them individually.

    Accepted Solution

    On Security tab click advanced.
    check box for replace all permission entries on child objects with entries shown here that apply to child objects.
    click ok
