I currently installed SCE. I'm located in Switzerland hence I set up keybaord settings to swiss german.
SCE and Windows Operations System are installed in English.

Now in SCE Update Information and Alert description are displayed in German. It should be in English as the operation system and SCE language.

Could it be the case that you changed the location settings and not the Keyboard and language settings? If not try changing the Keyboard and language setting to English US and add the German keyboard. Or in server 2008 add the English US and map the German keyboard (show more options in keyboards and languages).

Sorry for not answering. It does not make any difference of keyboard layout. But in fact most of the descriptions are in English. Funy is that WSUS displays everthing in English and SCE for Updates all in German.
