How to import EAR file in RAD

I am new to RAD. I have an EAR file of a previously built project. I want to go through thr jsp pages of that project and for that I need to import that EAR file into my RAD's workbench.
 Can anyone please tell me the step by step procedure to do it.

EAR file used for Deployment on Application server if you want to use previous project. just delete the .lock and .log file from metadata folder and remove readonly property of metadata folder and workspace folder and give these switch workspace to new one
