Why can't one of my clients, who is using Mac OS Leopard, see more than email in Outlook Web Access?

Actually a couple of employees who use a Mac at home are telling me they cannot see anything other than email when accessing their company's Outlook Web Access, which is Exchange 2007. I'm hoping there is a solution to this. Thanks!

correct, they cannot see calendar, contacts, public folders, etc. just the mail part.

Thanks calltms. I'll try your suggestions.
Is there anything specific I need to be looking for on the Exchange 2007 server that will allow Mac access to all features of OWA? This is Exchange 2007. Thanks.
I'm probably going to end up enabling RPC/HTTP and let her use her Outlook 2008 on her Mac..... but.... I am still curious what's preventing her from seeing the other components of OWA... if anyone knows.... :)
