site to site VPN

I was asked to setup a site to VPN. The hardware i am using is

(HQ-Cisco 2811)   <--------> (Branch Cisco 1711)

I want all internal operations to go through the VPN but i want the branch site to use its own ISP for internet usage and VNC.

What is the most efficient way of do this?

Could anyone give me some documentation or links to help me with my setup?

dont set a gateway in the site to site vpn. this way the remote users will use their existing gateway for internet usage!

when setting up the vpn leave the gateway field blank. or if there is an option do not forward the packets to the gateway

Ok i think i am getting what i need to do.  I am trying to setup my netopia dsl modem or my cisco 1711 with DSL WIC card.  Can i just continue to use my modem and setup the cisco router to do my routing. I tried entering the static public IP address at fast ethernet 0 and it didnt allow me to change it.  am i missing something ?
