In Outlook 2007 I get an unexpected error when forwarding a message

What is your environment? Exchange?  What is the exact error message?  Do you get error doing anything else?

Check if you have a corrupted PST file.  Repair Corrupted Outlook PST File

Anything special characteristics of the forward?  Forwarding an attachment? What extension?  Too large attachment?  Outlook blocks some types of attachments.

Usually they are semi large with pics.How do I turn off that blocking?

Picture files should be able to go through.  Outlook block executable files. How large is semi large?  10 MB? 100 MB?  Your email account does not allow attachment over a certain limiit.

Yes they do. I use bellsouth and it has never been a problem. This occurs randomly sometimes I can send 10mb then sometimes 15mb then others will be 2mb

there is a several limits regarding using bellsouth emails. I believe the total number of recepients in email is limited to 159..

I have a distribution list thaat must be corrupt. I can send messages with no problem except when I also add my distribution list it gives me unwexpected error message. I have only 18 people in that list so I know I am not over limits. I think I will blow away the distribution list and then rebuild and see what transpires

In our case the user was sending to a cached non-existent Distro that was renamed after a global migration. I asked her to expand the distro and outlook told her that it didn't exist.
