I dont have an IPOD....how do I upload an MP3 from my Vista laptop to the IPOD Nano? &nbsp;I need the FOR DUMMIES version...each step no matter how terribly basic :) &nbsp;(i.s. step one: &nbsp;plug in the nano to the laptop...etc.)<br />
