When should I set the alerts to go off for virtual memory and cpu utilization

I am setting up alerts on my exchange system through 'exchange system manager' and I was curious what utilization percentage should I put in the critical and warning state for the cpu and virtual memory?  Also, what should I use for the duration section of both?

We setup the following:

CPU threshold Warning 80%, Critical 100%
Virtual Memory threshold Warning 20%, Critical 10%
