Symanctec Backup Exec - Oracle Database Restore - Issue.

we received the error (snapshot attached) while trying to restore the oracle database to alternate server with the same name of target database.
Symantec Version: 11.D Backup Exec.
Oracle Version:       Oracle 9i Release 2 (Patch Version:
Please suggest.

    I would check both oracle alert logs (both alternate as original server) to see if either of them are producing more hints in the log about why this fails...
