MIrroring Database Error

I am trying to configure the database mirroring. I am done with the configuring security then when I click Start mirroring I encounter this error:

Database mirroring transport is disabled in the endpoint configuration (microsoft SQL server Error 1486)

Can anyone please help me to solve this.

    Hi chapmandew!

    I already did this in starup parameter in SQL configuration manager:

    -dC:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\DATA\master.mdf;-eC:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\LOG\ERRORLOG;-lC:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\DATA\mastlog.ldf;-T1400

    but I still recieved the same error.

    Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.1399.06 (X64)   Oct 14 2005 00:35:21   Copyright (c) 1988-2005 Microsoft Corporation  Standard Edition (64-bit) on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 2)

    9.00.1399 is RTM edition andyou need to follow what is referred above, 3042 is SP2 verison
