How to see data in a DataSet during dubug with watch?

How to see data in a DataSet during dubug with watch? I see lots of properties and attributes in the data type, but don't know where to look. I am using VS 2005 and using the debug trace and trying to see what was placed into the DataSet.

add watch and then type in ds.Tables[0].Rows[0]["ColName"]

lets say dt is your datatable
dt.Rows[0]["ColName"]
