Looking for a Solution to Sync ACT!, Exchange, Blackberry

We are using Microsoft Exchange (SBS 2003) for our email and Blackberry Professional to sycn Exchange w/ Blackberrys.  We also use ACT! 2009 Premium for Workgroups EX.  We are looking for a solution via software or other that will allow us to get the ACT! contacts on our Blackberrys.  We don't want to use desktop based sync software to go between Outlook and ACT!  Any possabilities, did find one applicaiton in beta from companion link.
thanks.

Try Handheld Contact - www.GLComputing.com.au/HHC

It gives the most ACT! like info on the BB and is the best to administer

This might work if we can't find anytihng else.  To be more specific, I would like to have the act contacts info syn w/ exchange then exchange can use the bb pro server to sync w/ the hand held bb or something equvilent so the bb contacts have the act contacts in them.
Thanks.

Everyone I know who has tried that has ended up duplicating their database.

The main problem is that Exchange/Outlook doesn't store the same number of fields, doesn't track the same histories and doesn't link activities to the actual contacts.

The thing we are most interested in synching is the contact info, name, address, phone, fax, email for the blackberry w/ act being the ultimate source of the data. so when these fields get updated, the blackberry gets updated.  thoughts?
You suggestions and are greatly apreciated, you seem to know the material.

You could try DoubleLook from www.CompanionLink.com

I personally find it uses far to much resources on the system and sometimes, has an error which will duplicate the data.... that's why I prefer Handheld Contact
