accurate scaling in Photoshop CS3

Hi,

How can I accurately scale items in photoshop cs3?  Dragging doesn't help me. Is there a dialog box I can access somehow where I can type in the scale (and other transform)  numbers?

Thanks!

You still want to use the transform tool - control T - but before you go dragging the corners, look at your top tool bar. There you will see the spaces where you can type in your specific size requirements.
