Rate speed limit

Hi,
I have 3 pcs connected to the router linksys WRT150N, my Internet connection is 1mb.
I want to limit the speed to 1 PC as 512K, Is my router have this option
or can i do it some how.
or which routers model have this option.
Please Help

Oh, and to answer your question, I think that most routers don't do bandwidth limiting.  The best U could get is QoS which is just a priority setting and not a true bandwidth limiting parameter.  Best solution I think is to use something like the software above.
