Cisco 871 crash every hour

My cisco 871 router crash every hour because of some problems with memory:

Below is exctract from log, full log is attached. What can I do with it?

Looks like you ran into a bug with the IOS you are running.  I suggest and upgrade based on the information below.

%SYS-2-LINKED: Bad [chars] of [hex] in queue [hex]
Explanation: An internal software error has occurred.
Recommended Action: This error message is displayed mostly because of the IOS
software bug. Make sure that the loaded IOS image is not affected by Bug CSCee38837.
This bug has got fixed on the following IOS releases (and later):
 12.3(5d)
 12.3(6b)
 12.3(9)
If the image is affected by this bug, consider upgrading the image to the latest
12.3(10a) software image or the later release, which will fix the issue. Also,
search the Bug Toolkit to find any potential bugs related to this error message.

I'm using version 12.4(15)T7, so probably this specific bug is not present anymore. I will try to upgrade anyways, already asked reseller to give me latest image or access to Cisco website to download it.

Definitely sounds like a bug so hopefully the upgrade takes care of it.

Finally I've got login/password for Cisco site from cisco reseller - it took couple weeks for them and they asked for some money :)

New version is 12.4(22)T, no crashes anymore! With this new version light that shows VPN connection stopped working, but it is another story and it is only light - VPN is working.
