Browser Based Video Conferencing Server Aplication

I want to have video conferencing through my server. Is there a flash based customizable tool that i can place on my server that will help me create 6 seperate meeting rooms with 3 guests each.
It has to be an internet solution where the users should not need to download programs.

I am not looking for video conferencing services because it is very important for me to host the meetings on my server.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Had a look at comfrog as an internal based video conferencing, but ended up with Cisco products (GoTomeeting and Webex). Found the internet ones to be very good to manage and it is very secure. eBLVD is another... But then most of my work is really extranet...

also, Microsoft is gettin in on "Unified Communications" - have a look at http://www.microsoft.com/australia/business/uc/default.aspx (which is my local link - check your country links - but same products).

have a look at http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/livemeeting/default.aspx one of my clients use it internally.

Understand you dont want an internet based service (though not sure why - they are the best and there are lots to choose from),

And Communications server is not that bad : http://www.microsoft.com/communicationsserver/en/us/how-to-buy.aspx#Pricing

But did you look at http://download.camfrog.com/server.phtml ?

Oh, and if you are just "evaluating", if you upgrade to technet plus, then there is no time limit - so gives you plenty of time to use, convince, trial on your own machine with your own users, and to verify it's suitability for your organisation... http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788692.aspx
