GP Dynamics Security console

I have created one test instance for GP. I installed Web Services and Workflow. Everything is working fine, I checked them. But I am facing two problems:

1- when I open Dynamics Security consol it loads all the nodes without any error, but when I try to add role or assign role to user it gives me "An unexpected error has occurred. See the event log for further details". I checked the log it says unauthorized access exception

2- The Workflow website is not showing the companies in the company list. I ran add company from add/remove and I ran repair also nothing worked. I think this issue related to first issue.

I hope someone can help me

Thanks

I would uninstall and reinstall the GP web services.   I have run into similar issues when setting this up for my company, and reinstalling web services fixed the issues.

Do a full uninstall of GPWS and then reinstall it following the MS instructions.  Post back your results.

Thanks for your reply.

We re-installed the GP Web Services but now the Work Flow website is not showing the companies while the Business Portal websites are still showing the companies. We know that both of them are reading the company's values in different ways. We tried to add companies from Add/Remove (Web Services) and still the problem is not fixed. All the web services are running fine and I checked from IIS and Dynamics Security Console.

Appreciate a response.

Regards.

Do you have access to Microsoft support?  At this point, it sounds like opening a paid support incident with Microsoft would be the best option.  I am not seeing anything in the KB articles related to your situation, and if you cannot uninstall you will need Microsoft to provide the assistance.   They do a great job, and will work through the entire issue with you.  NOTE:  When you submit your initial support ticket make it as broad as possible, i.e "Workflow does not function properly after install".   If you narrow the issue down too much, they will only fix that specific problem.  With a wider scope, you can get them to fix every component until everything is working.
