uninstallaing a "per  user" installation throguh a msi file which is intended to be a "per machine" installation

Please let me know how can i uninstall a per installed version of a software which has been installed "per user" . Pls tell  me if i can call any scriot  in my setup.exe , then i want to install the latest version of my software with a "per machine" installation. Pls guid me

    2. msiexec /i mypackage.msi ALLUSERS=1
