what is the Difference between WiBro , WLAN are cellular networks  , what do they share in common ?

Can u interpret slide 7 (with the title WiBro - Service (2)- Concept) of the attached pdf file and tell me whats happening there. Focusing on WiBrow. I am trying to understand the working concept of WiBro

    All thre of them are wireless technologies. However in case of a cellular network an IP addresses is assigned when it connects to a ISP, where as in case of Wibro and WLAN the IP is already in the system, only the system becomes mobile. The coverage of the Cellular network is larger in Comparison to the others. The slide basically is just showing how much area can each technology cover and at what frequency.
