Windows Time keeps changing by 10 minutes in XP

I have a Windows XP computer that keeps jumping its time ahead by 10 minutes only.
Will change it to the correct time and then for no reason it will go ahead 10 minutes.

Is this a standalone computer or a part of a domain?

Run this command from a command prompt to see if your machine is set to query NTP for time.

net time /querysntp
Check the timezone as well.
A timezone wouldn't result in a 10 minute discrepancy.
