Error in Event Viewer

Ive just setup 2 Domain Controllers.
Installed AD & DNS and both appear to be running correctly

But: Event Viewer says:

MS DTC could not correctly process a DC Promotion/Domotion event.  MS DTC will continue to function and will use the existing security settings.  Error specifics: d:\nt\com\complus\dtc\dtc\adme\uiname.cpp:9351, Pid: 2624 - Although this is the CDRom drive done today, but other than installing Network Monitor from Add & Remove Programs thats all Ive installed and it may have asked for the disc which I remember putting in, but that was it.

Otherwise confused about this message.

And another error stated the same thing, but only this:

MS DTC could not correctly process a DC Promotion/Domotion event.  MS DTC will continue to function and will use the existing security settings.  Error specifics: %1

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Usually no big deal.
On the DC in question, start "Component Services" in "Administrative Tools".
Expand Component Services\Computers\My Computer in the left pane.
Right-click "My Computer" in the left pane, open "Properties".
Go to the MSDTC tab, click the button "Security Configuration", click "OK" (no need to change anything) to close the Security Configuration dialog, click "OK" to close "My Computer Properties".
Right-click "My Computer" in the left pane, choose "Stop MSDTC"
Right-click "My Computer" in the left pane, choose "Start MSDTC"
Shortly afterwards, you should see an event that MSDTC has detected the promotion and is now living happily ever after.

Done what you said and a message has appeared which shows I stopped it and another one that presumably means ive started it.  WILL I GET ANOTHER SAYING AS YOU SAY DETECTED PROMOTION, HOW LONG?

Sorry, I remembered that incorrectly; the message that MSDTC detected a promotion actually appears right *before* the error message.
If the errors don't appear anymore when the MSDTC starts, you're good.
