Bradley HaynesCommented:
The size limitation in Apache may be your issue. If not there I found my PHP config limited the size of the files that could be uploaded onto my Linux box.

Bradley HaynesCommented:
The client does not determine the limit on attachment size.
What server are you using for email?  In the zone section of your question you indicated Postfix.

What email server is running?
Once you have that post the config file here. Maybe we can see where the changes need to be done to enable larger files to be attached.
