MD1000 data recovery

I had an MD1000 connected to my PowerEdge 2950 server, the server crashed so had to reinstall the OS - Windows server 2003 sp2, after installation my MD1000 is not detected on the server. If i try configuring the virtual drive, my MD1000 will get formatted.I cant afford loosing the data. I have lots of data on the MD1000, how do i recover the data?

    Contact Dell first.

    Not sure where the config is stored, but it should be recoverable, normally from the RAID itself.

    Have you read up on disaster recovery options for this ?
