We run Outlook 2003. Any appointments we make for ourselves (Ex. Out to lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM) shows in the user calendar, but does not show when others do a search for availability when scheduling an appointment. The appointment is indeed there and it is maked to show as busy. This is happening for everyone. The only appointments that do show are ones scheduled by others.
At one point this worked, but we are unsure how long this has been happening. Thanks!
