mksgct--I meant to add that if you do not find a solution, consider a System Restore to a date prior to the problem starting.  If cannot boot the PC you can run a Repair Install

This should not affect your personal data.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
