Tools&gt;Rules and Alerts<br />

Also it may be set to auto accept meetings<br />
Tools&gt; Options&gt;Calendar Options <br />
Under the advanced section click Resource Scheduling.

i have a user who states that random messages are being moved straight to her deleted folder and that meeting requests are being moved there too.<br />
the meeting requests say that she has already accecpted the meeting and she states that she didn't accecpt them...any ideas?<br />

Mail moved straight to Deleted folder??
