Lately, out of nowhere everyone in the office that uses a pocket pc with Windows Mobile has started to receive this message.  Any ideas?  It seems to be quite random, and I have not seem the error personally for about a week..

Synchronization with your PocketPC failed for 1 items.

In the event log on the server you mean?  Because the above error described is received in the users mail box in which ActiveSync is configured.

The event log is actually very clean.  I haven't been able to track an event that corresponds to this issue.

This appears to occur only when someone sends a calendar invite from outside our Exchange organization.  Something to do with Icalender......  Any ideas?

Because I work fora company that is a Gold Certified Partner, I decided to use one of my issue tickets to figure this one out.  I now have a very nice Pakistani from Microsoft working to resolve this.  I will let you know how it turns out.

I ended up forwarding this along to Microsoft for further analysis.  They have an internal code guy working on it.  I think it is a bug.  Hopefully we will see an update before long that will address it.

sorry for the late response but I was on a very long training period with almost no connection to the internet.
I see that you have opened a call, if they solve the problem please post it.
