Multilink Delay increase

I just bonded two serial lines into multilink and the delay got increased 5 folds. Can someone explain why and how to correct it?

 MTU 1500 bytes, BW 6144 Kbit, DLY 100000 usec,<----

Did the other end also bond them together?
Can you be more specific on how you did it? Can you post your config?

are you getting any error counters on your individual serial interfaces?
What about routing? are you routing to the multilink interface or the opposite interface IP address?

No input/output errors really...

The routiing is OSPF but have seen it on EIGRP too.Each router has subnets configed for routing so I guess it will follow ML out of router. Still not sure what you are asking..
