Indexing Error in Outlook 2007 for XP

A user of mine has an issue with her Outlook during attempts to use the Instant Search feature; when she tries a search, she receives a message indicating that her machine is still indexing; but this message never goes away. I have duplicated the error by opening her mailbox on two different machines. Any suggestions on a fix?

    Hello harlequin1934,

Indexing may be stuck on something. Stop the indexing or restart the index.

    Hope this helps!
