webcam capture camera

I need a  C# (.NET)  solution for a security camera.  There will be a USB webcam which will record video and sound. However, I also would like to capture a picture (a frame) while it keeps recording the video. I'm familiar with some of the solutions out there. But I need to know how can I do this specifically.

Thank you.
