Debian or Ubuntu MySQL anonymous access needed

How do I enable anonymous access in MySQL under Ubuntu/Debian?

    I believe you can just grant what ever permissions you like to a user without a user name, for example:

    GRANT ALL ON *.* TO ''@'%';

    Obviously you'll need an account to execute this command in the first place, and I'd really suggest limiting your databases and hosts.
