"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Well the databases are portable, so will mount on any server within your forest, so yes, but I have never tried it

I built a server with the same name as the E2K7 Cluster and ran a /m:RecoverServer. /t::D:\.... All went fine. I was able to create the Storage group, all good. But when i tried to add the information store to the SG that is when i started getting error messages popping up looking for the cluster. I dont have a copy of the error messages.

I could have swore i read that one of the advantages of 2007 is the ability to recover a cluster to a single server

Any \ all assistance is appreciated
