CharSet in Framecaptions and Tabcontrol/Pagecontrol

Hi,

if you change the font.charset of a tframe-object, this will be ignored in the caption. It will also ignored, if you change font.charset in a TTabControl or a TPageControl(and TTabSheet).
(In tedit or tlabel charset has effect!)
The caption of  tframe and in the Tabs from TTabControl/TPageControl allways show ansi-charset.
(the delphi-Default is: Font "MS Sans Serif" with DEFAULT_CHARSET: I changed it to
"Times New Roman" EASTEUROPE_CHARSET (which works in tedit or tlabel). We also tried a hungarian Version of MS-Windows (XP)), but this also will not change: all captions from TFrame/ TTabControl/  TPageContro are displayed as ANSI_CHARSET).

Does anybody know, how to persuade tframe and TTabControl/TPageControl to show characters from an different charset (especially EASTEUROPE_CHARSET)?

The answer seem: may be its impossible to do that changing the code.

A work-around is: in the environment, where the other charset are necessare use a localized windows-Version: we tried multilingual XP pro. If you install english (or german) as primarry language, than the situaltion is as descriebed in the question even, if on installs other languages later (say hungarina).

But!! if you install hungarian as primary language, than the charecters are shown correct.
