Missing mspdb80.dll for link.exe in VS.NET 2008 Dev Edition

I am trying to build a resource DLL using link.exe, but I cannot run it because it is missing mspdb80.dll

I searched my machine and cannot find that DLL anywhere. I reinstall VS.NET 2008 with all components installed with no change.

Can someone tell me where I can download it?

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
