I received the following error from my server.  Its a Smart Array 6400 in a DL380 G4.

The system has detected the following event:

SNMP Trap:        3040

Computer:         PROXY02
Source:           Storage Agents
Type:             Warning

An 'Accelerator Board Battery Failed' trap signifies that the agent has detected a battery failure associated with the array accelerator cache board.

Battery Status 'FAILED'
