setting back to defaults

we recieved this sonicwall CDP 2440i and we need to reset it back to defaults because we have no idea of the username/password...does anyone know how to reset it and what the default username/pwd is for these devices?

Q: We lost the password to our CDP appliance - How do we reset the password to default?
A: Before you begin, you will need Internet connectivity for the reset password function to work, for security
purposes. An email is sent to Tech Support; you will then need to contact Tech Support to retrieve it. If the
unit shows "failed reset password' then it is unable to connect to the Internet. To connect to the Internet the
CDP Appliance must have the correct network (IP Address, mask and gateway) and must have a valid DNS
address configured. You can check the IP setting by rebooting the appliance with an attached monitor. If all
else fails, call tech support with the serial number of the unit.
