How to make live video and audio streaming

Hi people!

I'm trying to make video and audio live streaming from an standard PC with broadband connection, to a flash-based web site that can be seen in many PCs embedded in a flash media player; i've seen these options:

-Use an online service like http://www.ustream.tv/ but i need my video to be seen in a flash-based web in a private domain site (Could i embedd the player with no ads and plain has needed?).

-Use the flash media server to upload the contents, but it will cost a lot, and the web site is allocated externally, so i don't know if I could use media server...

-Develop an application that can upload frames to my server, and can be shown in flash container. I could do it in java or c++, but i don't know how.

I want you guys to help me with some advice about the best way to do this and/or some help coding the application (if that is the best way to do it).

Thanx a lot!!!

I have Flash Media Servewr (pricey) and I looked at Red5 when it was under development.
I use Wowza Pro server. It is free for up to 10 simultaneous users and has great support.
Wowza Pro does the video compression on the server before broadcasting, so having huge bandwidth and a powerful PC at the originating point will not be a necessity.
