Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 - "The network connection to your application was interrupted."

On few not all the client systems there is a problem in launching citrix applications. When the users launch the applications after some time they get the following error and application closes - "The network connection to your application was interrupted."
Any suggestions?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are the clients connecting internally on a LAN or are they coming in with external access via a WAN or internet link?

Try enabling the ICA Keep Alives. Do this by modifying the farm properties.
In the Access Management Console, right click the farm and select modify farm properties, all properties. Under Server Default, ICA, you'll see settings for "Keep-Alive". Enable it and start with 60 seconds. This should hopefully resolve the problem.

Keep alive did not work. A change in the registry settings worked.
