event id 4104 after transition pack

I have been receiving event id 4104 (see below) after applying the transition pack to Windows SBS 2003.  I have uninstalled SBS Monitoring in add/remove programs, there are no related services running, and removed manually just like an article said to do that I found (  Can anyone assist me in getting rid of this in the app log?  I would appreciate it.

Could not connect to the monitoring database. This can occur when there are multiple connections to the database. Wait a short period of time, and then try again. If this error persists, run the Monitoring Configuration Wizard, and select Reinstall monitoring features.

    Remove sbs monitoring from add/remove programs.
    Make sure the mssql$sbsmonitoring is set to disabled.
    make sure under scheduled tasks that you have removed that.

    There were 6 scheduled tasks I had no idea about and now they have been deleted.  Thanks!
