Tool to extract drivers on W2003 srv to build install disk

I am looking for  tool to extract drivers from an installed Windows 2003 Server (or XP would be nice too), to a file set I can use to load drivers and build a NLITE install disk for disaster recovery. Anyone know of a tool like that??
