Failed to install Office 2003 Primary Interop Assemblies (PIA)  when office 2007 exist on the user machine

Failed to install Office 2003 Primary Interop Assemblies (PIA)  when office 2007 exist on the user machine.
User do not want to install the office 2003. Please advice me how to install the office 2003 interop assemblies.

I really don't know but is it possible to add PIA by going to ControlPanel/Add_removeSoftware select MSOffice, press 'Change' button and follow the wizard? I can't find it but perhaps with 2007 it may be there??

i downloaded 2007 PIA assembly from microsoft.com site, and the issue has been resolved.
